Partner Commission Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

This Commission Policy explains how commissions, referral rewards, renewals, eligibility, and payouts are calculated for Yati Funnels Partners.

By joining the Yati Funnels Partner Program, all partners agree to abide by this policy.

1. Partner Levels

The Yati Funnels Partner Program consists of four membership levels:

• 🥉 Bronze Partner
• 🥈 Silver Partner
• 🥇 Gold Partner
• 💎 Diamond Partner

Each level has different benefits, commissions, and eligibility requirements.

2. Bronze Partner

Joining Fee

₹1,000 + GST

This is a one-time joining fee.

Commission Structure

Bronze Partners receive:

10% of eligible sales revenue on eligible Silver, Gold and Diamond membership sales

OR

₹500 minimum commission per eligible sale

Whichever amount is higher.

For an eligible Bronze-to-Bronze referral, the commission is a flat ₹500.

Bronze Partner Limitations

Bronze Partners are NOT eligible for:

• ❌ Renewal / Recurring Renewal Commission
• ❌ 5% Two-Tier Partner Referral Bonus
• ❌ Premium Partner benefits that require Silver, Gold or Diamond membership

3. Two-Tier Partner Referral Bonus

Applicable To: Silver, Gold, Diamond (Premium Partners only)

Premium Partners may earn a 5% two-tier referral bonus on eligible membership sales made by partners they have referred, subject to applicable Partner Program terms.

Bronze Partners are NOT eligible for the two-tier Partner Referral Bonus.

The two-tier referral bonus is limited to one level only. This is not an MLM, network marketing, or multi-level commission structure.

Certified Partners include:

• 🥈 Silver Partners
• 🥇 Gold Partners
• 💎 Diamond Partners

Certified Partners must maintain an active Yati Funnels membership to remain eligible for commissions.

4. Direct Commission

Certified Partners receive:

40% Direct Commission on eligible software sales.

Commission eligibility is subject to the Partner Level Cap.

5. Partner Level Commission Cap

Direct commission earned on a sale cannot exceed 40% of the partner's own active membership plan value.

Silver Partner

Assuming active Basic Plan subscription.
Plan Value: ₹9,999
Maximum Commission Per Sale: ₹3,999

Gold Partner

Assuming active Automation Plan subscription.
Plan Value: ₹19,999
Maximum Commission Per Sale: ₹7,999

Diamond Partner

Assuming active Educator Plan subscription.
Plan Value: ₹39,999
Maximum Commission Per Sale: ₹15,999

6. Annual Renewal Commission

Certified Partners receive:

10% Renewal Commission on eligible annual software renewals.

Renewal Conditions

Renewal commissions are paid only when:

• ✅ The referred customer renews successfully
• ✅ The partner account is active
• ✅ The partner has an active Yati Funnels membership

If the partner membership is inactive, expired, suspended, or cancelled, renewal commissions will not be paid.

7. Active Membership Requirement

Silver, Gold, and Diamond Partners must maintain an active Yati Funnels subscription.

Inactive members are not eligible for:

• ❌ Direct Commission
• ❌ Renewal Commission
• ❌ Partner Incentives

8. Monthly Commission Cycle

Commission Period: From the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month (e.g., 1 June - 30 June).

9. Verification Period

Commission review period: 1st to 7th of the following month.

Verification includes: Sales verification, Refund verification, Referral validation, Fraud review, and Payment verification.

10. Payout Period

Payout Window: 10th to 15th of the following month.

Example: June Earnings -> Verification: 1 July - 7 July -> Payout: 10 July - 15 July.

11. Minimum Payout

Minimum payout amount: ₹500.

If the payable amount is below ₹500, the balance will be carried forward to the next month.

12. Refund Impact on Commissions & Referral Bonus

If a membership is refunded, associated commissions become ineligible.

• Pending Commission/Bonus: Cancelled
• Approved Commission/Bonus: Reversed
• Paid Commission/Bonus: Adjusted from future payouts

13. Commission Status

Statuses may include: Pending, Approved, Paid, Reversed, Cancelled, Adjusted, On Hold.

14. Important Rules

• Renewal Commission is paid only if partner membership is active, not suspended, and eligible at payout time. Bronze Partners are not eligible for renewal commission.
• Two-Tier Partner Referral Bonus (5%) is available to Premium Partners (Silver, Gold, Diamond) only. Limited to one level. No multi-level referral structure, no downline commission, no MLM structure.
• Bronze Partner commission: 10% of eligible sales revenue with a minimum of ₹500 per eligible sale. Bronze-to-Bronze referral commission is a flat ₹500.
• Premium Partner direct commission: 40% of eligible customer membership sales value, subject to a cap equal to 40% of the partner's own active membership value.
• All commissions are calculated on sale value excluding GST and applicable taxes.

Yati Funnels reserves the right to verify, approve, adjust, reverse, or reject commissions where fraud, refunds, duplicate referrals, abuse, or policy violations are identified.

15. Final Authority

All commission calculations, eligibility decisions, dispute resolutions, and payout approvals are subject to final review and approval by Yati Funnels.
