4. Two-Tier Partner Referral Bonus
Premium Partners (Silver, Gold, Diamond) can earn a 5% two-tier referral bonus on eligible membership sales made by partners they have referred. Bronze Partners are not eligible for the two-tier referral bonus.
Two-Tier Referral Bonus
5% of eligible referral sales — Premium Partners only
Conditions:
- Referring partner must hold an active Premium membership (Silver, Gold or Diamond).
- Referred partner's sale must be eligible and verified.
- Referral is successfully attributed.
- Limited to one level only — no multi-level commission structure.
5. Upgrade Bonus
Upgrade Bonus: 10% of upgrade amount excluding GST.
Conditions:
- Original referral attribution exists.
- Upgrade payment succeeds.
- Upgrade is approved.
Example
If a referred Bronze partner upgrades to Silver (Upgrade Amount: ₹9,000), the referrer earns ₹900 (10% of ₹9,000).

- Duplicate referrals are not allowed.
- Self referrals are not allowed.
10. Eligibility Rules
Renewal commission is payable only if:
- Membership is active
- Partner is not suspended
- Partner remains eligible at payout time
11. Disputes & Support
All commission disputes, payout disputes, review disputes, and referral disputes must be submitted through the official Partner Help Desk.
12. Policy Changes
Yati Funnels reserves the right to modify pricing, commissions, bonuses, payout schedules, offers, and policies.
Changes become effective from the published policy version date.
Historical transactions remain governed by the policy version active at the time of transaction.
